IPOD Schuffle Help Needed

my friend gave me a ipod schuffle that he got for christmas to put some music on for him. i charged it then put some music on it and nothing happened so i went to the apple website and most of the instuctions seems like you need itunes. can anyone give me a hand, i have no clue how to work the schuffle. my mp3 player is so much easier than this....please help.

Yeah the shuffles are pricks about demanding you use itunes to load with, plus using itunes, it only allows loads from a single computer.
What kind of bs is that?

Anywho, this is what you need;

It'll let you load it up without itunes, and from any computer you want.

I got one also for X-mas. Be careful, they can look like an Andes Mint in low-light.

I'll prolly use it more as a thumb drive than a music player. I have speakers wherever I go, but who knows, maybe I'll join a gym or something.

I've got a shuffle and have never had to use iTunes for it. I've always used WinAmp to load mine.
