Leecherslair login problem

My Pc crashed just before Christmas and I had to reload XP. Since then I have been unable to login to leecherslair. I have requested a reminder of password but no email arrives. I know the email is working as leecherslair accepts the email address and I've tested it. My Ratio on the site was about 1.4 uploading about 500 MB. I'm at a lose what to do/try next.

The owner Is a Douche bag even if you donate lots of money that Dick will still ban you! Don't bother being Staff either because You Don't get anything in return for being Staff!!!

Has always been nice to me. Usually when you get banned there is a reason and Im sure it wasnt that you donated a lot of money that got you banned...
