cant download java 5.0

(OS windows vista 32) when i try to load limewire it says " limewire needs java runtime enviroment 5.0 or greater to run" now iv been reading that i need to download the offline version to get it to work.iv downloaded the online version and i get an error during the install. but when i try to download the offline version my download just stops around 10% and then times out. can anyone help me out? thanks

Have you tried using a download manager that will resume download if interrupted, it should help!
