Help, new here, prob' with watching downloaded movies..

Help, please....I am new here, and new to Kaza Lite...i downloaded some movies, and cant seem to play them, whenever i try to play them, it shows up as a music file....I have uninstalled kaza lite, and reenstalled it....i also tried installing and uninstalling and reinstalling the real one player....i have tried using the media player on my puter, and just the kaza lite player, none of it seems to work, i dont know what i am doing wrong....it even did something to my sound....i haad to uninstall both kaza lite and real one player, before i could get my sound back.....please, anyone have this kind of problems?

krell is right you need new codecs,do as krell said and you should'nt have any probs.

Yes im knew to all this.....but will hopefully figure it out soon.
