This is just me but this thing below is really not needed at all. If you know how to use Adobe and have no problems doing such then think about turning it off so it won't launch at start up.
There are quite a few that you do not need running when you computer starts up. Such as all that iPod crud. When you go use it can be manualy started. Once you are doen the you go to the task manger and shut it off.
It must take forever for your system to start up.

If you have Norton, then yes, it's part of the program.
However, if you do NOT have Norton (say you have uninstalled), then this is what's left behind and you would do well to "download and run the Norton Removal Tool".. (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039) (<--link).

The rest I would need to look at later as I just woke up and am still blinded by the lights.
Would hate to tell you, "Oh, this doesn't look good.." and then later say "Oppps..I meant to say..."

Someone else will help, I am sure.

Coz you have already Nod32. 2 A-V is not a good idea
(imo- norton is crap)
