I like greasemonkey a lot too... Download Status Bar is really nice too for keeping what you're downloading more visible than dual screening or alt-tabing.

Form filler and password generator, Robo-form. Generic name of software type would be "Automatic HTML form filler", I'm lost actually on the name of this kind of stuff. It is good though.

I'm using IE 7 at the mo as it comes with multi-tabs, but is slower to render than Opera.

Reload-Every (auto refresher)
Cache Viewer
Freecorder toolbar (for recording output with crappy sound drivers)
Update Scanner
Flashgot
ChatZilla (IRC client)
All these are very good and i recommend them to any newbies to FF
