So, can you use VPS as a seedbox? Also, what operating system if best for a seedbox if your home computer is running Windows? Thanks for your help!:icon_thum

Using a VPS that's advertised as a seedbox seems fine, but I would imagine they keep close tabs on your usage. It would seem cost effective if you only need minimal bandwidth, not TB's and you don't have many torrents running at once. But if you are caught using torrents on a VPS that doesn't allow bittorrent, bye bye account!

Interesting. I am thinking of maybe using it for 200-400 gb a month. Would that be acceptable?

its possible...i tried it once,,,its v good

just download and install utorent
u dont even have to log in remote desktop u can do torrenting by webui plugun via firefox its much fatser
