It's a security check like the usual one using images (but this one use a question having an obvious answer for romanian people)

This is the translation for you :

"What word composed from 4 letters follow:
13 - 3 = ...."

The answer is "zece".
("zece" means 10 in romanian language).

So in order to complete the registration you may have to answer zece :icon_cat:
