Not bad. Not bad at all.
Google is pretty flexible but I don't know how much they'll bend. I don't imagine this will last long but good luck anyways.

Well... I applaud the effort... really I do, but... google searches are based on google bot indexing, which, unfortunately, isn't real time. You could be looking at links that are days or even weeks old. For instance... demonoid links are coming up ;)
Firefox has an add-on that will search 10s of trackers at a time. It's a little tacky looking, and, as far as I know, it only works on public trackers, but it is all real time searches. Torrent Finder Toolbar is the name. I'm pretty sure I've see other add ons with similar functionality as well.

Absolutely. What you built was a simple indexer. With PHP, you can build yourself another Isohunt. Don't do too good of a job, though, or you'll need a lot more bandwith :)

Google gives me unlimited bandwidth but 5 GB space restriction.

Very cool. You don't need php for this, just some nice html to dress it up, give it some framing, etc.
And add more indexing sites, like btjunkie, bitmon.
You could be starting a trend. :)
