sometimes you still may not be able to play it if you have an older monitor or bad graphics card. particuliarly when its ripped in true hi def resolution. if your monitor/graphics card doesn't do refresh rates greater than 60hertz you will probably get jerky playback.
Just found this link (http://forums.boxtorrents.com/index.php?topic=8513.0) and am going to give it a try.
