Best Mid Level Tracker Forum?

What mid-level trackers (4-6) does everyone think has the most helpful forums? Or the best to get to know people that have access to higher level trackers?

some so called 'mid-level' trackers that are not talked about much are better then the big name TL, ScT, FTN and so on imho (or maybe they are not mid level *shrugs*). But, most are not, and because of the recent oink scare going on it is especially hard to get an invite to anywhere that is half decent.
