That's it.
Name the trackers you think have the best LnF. This includes web graphics, style, manageability, ease of use, etc.
Also name the ugly trackers ! :icon_blac
Posting pics without revealing important info would be nice too ...
I like FL.

I've been thinking about this a LOT lately. Certain trackers are a joy to use because they are designed so well, while some, even if they have good files, if the design is crummy, I tend to avoid them.
The filelist layout that you've shown is pretty much the base layout for most trackers. Simple, straightforward, no fuss, no muss. The term 'generic' isn't normally a complement, but in this case it is. I love it. The banner changes from site to site, but the layout of the files, the page navigation and the columns are pretty much the same.
Bitsoup
Puretna
TL
SCC
Oink
thebox
myspleen
Ilovetorrents
TvT.ro
all have this basic layout, as do many others. I would say about 90% have this same basic design. It's when you stray from this layout that you start getting into trouble. A lot of sites shoot themselves in the foot by going with a crummy design. Here are the ones I take the most issue with:
UKNova- Without a doubt, one of the most badly designed trackers out there. That and the limited file selection leads me to wonder why they even still exist. Had the 10 gb credit at thebox not turned out to be a cock-up, I would have totally jumped at it.
Cheggit- although the name and the concept of a somewhat exclusive adult tracker appeals to me, every time I log in and see the torrent list, the look is so irritating, I immediately leave. Puretna has become slow as molasses/unreliable lately, so the market for adult tracker alternatives is ripe. Cheggit should be a contender. With the layout, though, they don't stand a chance.
TvTorrents.com- I was initially extremely put off by the look, but, over time, I've gotten used to it. I've also gotten used to the gigacredit concept as well, although not having my ratio at the top of the screen bugs me a bit. As big as they are, though, I think they could be a lot larger with a more traditional layout.
The non-traditional layout is, by far, my biggest peeve, but I have smaller gripes as well :) Light/white text on a dark/black background gets on my nerves. As much as I love TL, SCC and TD, the light on dark should definitely go.
The avatars can get really silly as well. I think my favorite are TL/SCC (they have the same ones as far as I can tell). The pictures are easily recognizable and color coded well. You can tell pretty quickly what format a file is. Photos are, imo, pretty pointless as avatars. Karagarga has just about the worst. Every comedy movie has a picture of Laurel and Hardy next to it. Although thebox has one of my favorite looks, the photo avatars really need to go.
Lastly, I really hate trackers that don't allow you sort by different columns (seeders, leechers, snatched, etc). Some of the public trackers are like that and it drives me up a wall.

You made some good points there.
I like simple, and straightforward trackers too.
Sorting by different columns is a very nice feature. For example, if you want to increase your ratio, you can look for torrents having a lot of leechers and not so many seeders.

sct is def one of the nicer ones
The donate button is nice and small, and isn't a massive banner that a lot of sites use
They tell you some nice extra info like how long it's been since pre time, and you can sort by all the columns

I like SCC, BitMe and iPlay designs (can include VIPmusic also -let's hope it doesn't close down...)
Worst imo: THS, TvT and Cheggit
@deetc what good does it make to cover the address in the url when you dont do it in the site banner and at the top in firefox bar lol?

good point (although it's not really hard for someone to figure out the url for sct, all they'd have to do is go to the invite post and look at the list.. that goes for most abbreviations).
I also put it in thumbnail form so it doesn't break the page.

I think trackers w/ massive ads are annoying.

Now that I think about it, any big static block of text/image is annoying
