Taken from AIM because I'm lazy like that.

[00:41] Wurgf: I got banned from OiNK
[00:41] Wurgf: Tracker
[00:41] Wurgf: I got another invite
[00:41] Wurgf: Tried to make an account with a proxy
[00:41] Wurgf: Worked for a bit
[00:42] Wurgf: Got disabled
[00:42] Wurgf: So here's my question
[00:42] Wurgf: If I bought, or was given an actual pre-made account, would it be disabled?
[00:42] Wurgf: Are they that good at finding out?

yes they'll find out. chances are they've completely banned your IP address. You'll either not be able to register, or you'll be kicked off VERY fast and the person who invited you probrably will be too.

yea the only way you might get back in is changing your IP address but you need a dynamic ip. but if they keep finding you on their site they might ban your IP range

It would be a very aggressive move to ban the IP range, as that would probably disable many good members accounts. I remember when piratebay had done this to the 24.xx.xx.xx range banning an entire ISP. Oink has many spies and people networked together to watch out for idiots. Sooner or later they will get caught.
