tvtorrents.com - problems with server?

maybe its only to me... but I noticed that tvtorrents.com works for me much slower than other web pages... its very often case when that web page appears offline.
for example: I cannot connect to that page for the last 12 hours.

Yes, I mentioned their unreliability in the bitmetv vs. tvtorrents thread. In all fairness, I did notice an announcement on the main page talking about a server upgrade. It's a great site, but I really hope they work out all these tech issues, because they are down WAY too much, imo.
