[not about warhawk]
So here's my story. I've always been a big PC gamer. Never really got into the console scene, with the exception of when I was a kid, and I played a lot of PS1 and N64 along with regular/super nintendo before those.
Anyway, last January I bought a PS3. I thought... hell if I don't play it, I can still use it as a glorified bluray player. So that's what I've been doing. Yesterday I bought warhawk, seeing as it was online-only (my type of game) and looked like a new BF2'ish type game. So I stuck it in the PS3....
[/not about warhawk]
Figured out I had to install a few patches. All was fine, that only took 30-45 mins (only..>:( ) Anyway, after that, I tried to start playing, it got me to accept the license terms, which I did without looking like normal, and then every time it says Network timeout and exits. I've read other forums where other people are getting the same error, not being able to play a new game they just shelled out $60 for. Anyway, I know they'll fix it eventually, but should they really release a new game and then not have the bandwidth to cover their servers?
Anyone else had this problem? Also heard there was another issue that caused a total lockup of the PS3, requiring a hard reboot. At least I don't have that (*holds breath*)
