I don't think it's that people don't want to share the links, it's that the trackers don't like having their full URLs posted.

Many trackers enforce a strict policy of secrecy. Their name and/or url cannot be mentioned on other sites and, in some cases, members caught doing so will have their accounts banned.

It is out of respect for these wishes that abbreviations are used. So although completing this list publicly would be frowned upon, completing it privately is not that difficult. In fact after five months on the site I'm surprised you haven't come across more of them. To start you off have a look at http://www.zeropaid.com/links/bittorrent/ There are many other threads where an alert reader can pick up a few more. Also check the links thread (and userbar thread!) over at FST.

In the spirit of "sharing is caring" I will mention that PT is actually PolishTracker.

I've only been here about a month and and half and I could fill out that list. If you follow the threads here, and elsewhere, it's not that difficult to decrypt. Some of the tough, ones, though, are instances where more than one site has the same initials- PT, for instance.

As ParaG0n said, these sites value their privacy, so even though I think the occasional drop of a name is not that big of a deal (for most sites), posting a master list would probably get in you in trouble down the line.
