New IPFilter.dat 8/7/7

Here is new ipfilter.dat that has been compiled for xMule and tested on 8/7/7. It contains IP ranges from known riaa, mpaa, leechers, gov, ect. Which was posted in various p2p forums related to ed2k. Now this list is bigger than ed2k's pipefilter and contains 79% of all IPv4's allocated ip's blacklisted.

I will update the IPFilter as I use it for my own usage so I share. So if you want the new list end of each month when I compile it just email me on 'HyperNodeSTHNS@GMail.com' from the email you want me to send you the list each month that way it makes it much easier. IPFilter20070807 was downloaded over 2000 times. So alot of people are using it.
