anyone know this movie??

its a chinese movie, but i now its dubbed in english
the cast has powers. one cast, hes power is using a chain and in the end of this chain it has blade.
one cast hes hand is getting longer like tentacles (if im not mistaken)
the other cast, he can change his face from the face of his victim (one time there fought in a forest where his
oppenent lost to him and he change his face from it)

i cant really remember the title... any one can help me? pleasessssssssseeeeeee

The main "master" used a yo-yo type weapon on a chain which he would launch at his victims and then a veil with a circular blade would come down and take thier head off. The arm-man was Kareem Abdul Jabbar and he had the power to make his arms extend to nearly twice their length.

I was a rabid fan of this movie as a pre-teen/teen.

Of course, I could be wrong.

You're part right. This definitely sounds like Master of the Flying Guillotine- the blade on a chain and the man with the extending arms, but... Kareem Abdul Jabbar wasn't in it. Abdul Jabbar was best known to martial arts fans for his role of Hakim in Bruce Lee's Game of Death.

im still downloading this shinobi (so i cant confirm if it this one, and i think it takes time to download, very less peers)
Master of the Flying Guillotine--- so i checked where to dl'd, and it more worse (4-6seeders only and still in red face) so i cant confirmed
