Can't say much about the links posted posted up there as I've not tried them except they are pricey when it comes to what you pay per GB. If you're looking for a good box, pay attention to "unlimited" because there is usually another factor that hinders overall performance.

Things to look for:
RAM: Get at least 1GB, unlimited bandwidth is useless if you're uploading at 5kB/s, limit each torrent to 20-40 connections each if RAM is low, I can't stress how important this is

HDD: at least 50GB, 100GB if you're an HD fan

Bandwidth: 2-3TB a month is fine for most people but they burn up faster than you think

Max Active Torrents: Unless the price is extremely cheap, steer clear of any company that tries to impose this. The reason being is that leechers continue to trickle after the initial swarm burst. You can upload 2x-5x as much in the days following but this is hard if you have to make room for other torrents.

I've caught them doing this:
1. Stealing your torrents - they stop your torrents when they have just finished downloading to the server and then change the tracker addy and upload them to their own site .. "galactic central" or something.

2. They stop your torrents from seeding and mark them as being 100% completed so when you log back in you think they finished, then you check your stats on your torrent tracker and find out you hit-and-run on every torrent!

Yeah no kidding. Back when I had them they used to throttle my upload to 20 kB/s even though the advertised max was 300kB/s. When I emailed them about it they lied and said the servers were slow when all I had to do to disprove that was look at the fucking log.
