Proposes legislation that would enable copyright holders to find out the identity of those suspected of illegal P2P file-sharing.
<p>Determined to stamp out piracy in their country and placate the long-simmering anger of copyright holders and their lobbying groups around the globe, Sweden's Justice Ministry proposed legislation today that would for the first time allow copyright holders to to seek assistance from the court in demanding that ISPs reveal the identities of those they suspect of illegal file-sharing.</p>
