Vista & Remote Desktop Connection

Hey, has anyone having any problem while remoting in to a vista machine via RDC? It used to work fine on XP, but it moves very slow, and eventually slows to a crawl and takes no response. It seems like a QOS issue, but havent found anything to resolve the issue. Just want to see if anyone else is having a similar issue.

I remote into my home pc, it has vista on it. we use XP at work, and it works fine. Have not tried vista to vista though.
