The hacker behind the cracking of DVD’s Content Scrambling System (CSS) has developed a way to hack an iPhone to enable it to be used as an iPod with WiFi connectivity yet without the need for AT&T’s service deal.

Good to see public hackers. I wonder how many ppl are willing to pay that much money just to use the iPod features though. Third-party apps will only run in Safari, for now.
