Gotta love Texan matriarchs...this grandmother is counter-suing the RIAA for using unlicensed private investigators. I don't get why the RIAA doesn't just give up, personally; they really can't bungle this fiasco any more than they already have.

Go grannies.

It's kind of cool. When these lawsuits first began, all I ever used to hear here, was how we had to admit we were breaking the law, and had no choice but to submit. The advise was always to bend over, and pay up. That was the voice of the techno-savvy youth. Turned out we were wrong, and the grannies were right. It was possible to fight.

Yeah, I remember those days too.

I think the RIAA was just pushing probability to the limits...eventually they had to find someone who just wasn't going to take it lying down.
