There are many pretty good trackers open for signup. I don't think anyone will just give invites to someone, who clearly has not got much experience with private trackers.

filesharingtalk.com has a pretty extensive open signups thread.

If you want a tracker with fast pretimes and good speeds just go to sceneaccess.org Its probably one of the top trackers AND its open for signups.
