This is about Share, a Japanese p2p. I checked share.exe for malware here: http://virusscan.jotti.org/
and it gives a lot malware warnings:

File: Share.exe
Status: INFECTED/MALWARE

A-Squared Found Riskware.Client-P2P.Win32.Share.a
AntiVir Found SPR/P2P.Tool
ArcaVir Found Riskware.Client.P2p.Share.A
Avast Found nothing
AVG Antivirus Found nothing
BitDefender Found Spyware.P2p.Tool.A
ClamAV Found nothing
Dr.Web Found nothing
F-Prot Antivirus Found nothing
F-Secure Anti-Virus Found not-a-virus:Client-P2P.Win32.Share.a (6, 2, 613)
Fortinet Found P2P/Share
Kaspersky Anti-Virus Found not-a-virus:Client-P2P.Win32.Share.a
NOD32 Found nothing
Norman Virus Control Found ShareP2P.A
Panda Antivirus Found nothing
Rising Antivirus Found nothing
VirusBuster Found nothing
VBA32 Found nothing

Why is this, why is there a warning about malware? I can't find any info on Share and malware.
When I checked it here again for another p2p, emule. exe, NOT A SINGLE ONE warns about malware.

I dont know much about share but if your getting some malware detection i did some reading and it says that share is not officially downloadable so maybe your source for downloading might not be legit. Try this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anonymous_P2P. They have a lot of clients that do the same thing as share listed.
