Strange Kazaa Behaviour

Hi,

I write to get an idea of which is the problem when connecting to kazaa. I have kazaa at home at it connects always immediately after I launch my dialup connection. It never fails.

When I'm at university, on the other side, it rarely connects, and if it does is after a long time. I am completely sure that here we don't have a firewall. What can cause this??????

Is there any solution??
