View Full Version : bt yahoo mail problem?

hi, my bt yahoo mail account was fine up to about 2 days ago, i could access it fine, which was on tuesday 15th may 2007, when i go to check my mail on the wednesday or next day, it says i have an invalid yahoo id or password, i knew i was entering the correct user name and password, but it was not letting me sign in, and i havnt been able to right up to this point, i need to view my mail quite urgently, and i cannot access it beacuse there is a problem with yahoo mail; could somone recommend what the problem might be, how to fix it or a way of me being able to view my mail??

You are experiencing a problem that a lot of users of either Free or cheap Mail Handlers experience. Those Mail Handlers have so many users any really don't give a damn about you and your problem. That's why they are set up so that you cannot contact them when you have a problem like now. You need to think about some of these things beforehand.

right, so is there anything i can do about it, or a way i can view my mail?

Yeah! Figure out a way to contact them and then explain your problem. There should be someone in that organization that cares about you and your problem. For all you know you may not be alone. There could be 10,000 others just like you.

First, make sure your caps lock isn't on. That's always the number one problem in passwords. Second, if that doesn't work, then click the Forgot Password link. It will verify you and then you'll be able to reset your password.

it wasnt the caps lock on, and evreytime i try to reset my password it just takes me back to the sign in page, and nothing seems to happen?

As this goes on, it begins to sound like a possible Denial Of Service attack might be going on.

does anyone know what i can do, or if there's another way of me viewing my mail?
