Burning PS and PS2 Games and playing them on the console and pc

Recently I have wanted to get more into computer games. But before i purchase a console, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best program is to burn ps1 and ps2 games for use on a pc and a ps2 or ps1 console?. Also I would be interested in finding out what the best ps1 and ps2 emulator to get and if anyone has any good info on other progs, emulators etc for other consoles. I'm running WinXP by the way.

i heard about and i remember using a program called Bleem! take a search at download.com and you can probably get a trial version.
