Still, look for relavent site info. Please don't encourage people to sign up anywhere unless you can provide some criteria that qualifies them.

Our goal is not to become another Bytemonsoon or Suprnova (not dizzying either of them though). The goal is to provide the absolutely latest stuff. Therefore, only specially authorised users have permission to upload torrents. If you have access to 0-day stuff do not hesitate to contact (http://www.hd-bits.ro/staff.php) us!

This is a private tracker, and you have to register before you can get full access to the site. Before you do anything here at HD-bits.ro we suggest you read the rules (http://www.hd-bits.ro/rules.php)! There are only a few rules to abide by, but we do enforce them!

Before you go any further you should read the HD-bits.ro user agreement (http://www.hd-bits.ro/useragreement.php).

Sign-upWe have set a limit of 20,000 accounts for free sign-ups. Invite-based sign-ups will continue untill we reach 25,000 accounts.
Also, i remember you that begging for invites will get you warned, or even disabled.

Some newsWe have set our userlimit at 20.000 users , and until 25.000 from invites. With the userlimit from invites , we have started to distribute invites like this:

Users got 1 invite.
Power users got 2 invites.
VIP`s got 3 invites.
Uploaders got 5 invites.

Automatic punishments are now active , so a new wave of disables and warnings will come.
In the next few days , accounts without downloaded or uploaded ammount will get deleted.

And from now on , all that is uploaded in the TV`s category will be freeleech , no matter if it`s green or not.

UploaderAll users which make uploader applications just to give work for the staff wil be warned 4 weeks.

BannedStarting with this week, we will ban older versions of clients.The allowed bittorrent clients will be:

uTorrent 1.7.6 build 7859+;
Azureus 2.5+;
rtorrent/0.6+;
ktorrent/2.0.3+;
Transmission/0.6+;
Deluge/0.5+;
LimeWire/4+;
Torrentflux;

All other versions will be banned, a client per day(to take you slow).

<H2>General rules - Breaking these rules can and will get you banned or warned!

</H2>Do not defy the expressed wishes of the staff!
Staff have wide discretion to interpret member actions / activities.
Accounts with no activity for 60 days will be disabled .
Accounts that have zero activity (0 bytes uploaded and 0 bytes downloaded) after being a member for 30 days will be disabled.
Do not act in a manner that might be considered abusive towards anybody.
New members (members with accounts less than 4 weeks old) and members with a ratio below 1.00 should always continue to seed for at least 48 - 72 hours or until they reach a upload to download ratio of 1:1(first of these two) . Members with ratios above 1.00 may stop seeding immediately after download, if the torrent has a seeder to leecher ratio of 6:1 or higher.
Overseeding can be punished in extreme cases. If you made an ratio of 2 , or 3 at an torrent , leave others seed it to make their ratio.
Offensive Usernames will be immediately banned. This also goes for Usernames like Admin or Hd-BiTs, etc.
Donating for upload credit DOES NOT exempt you from seeding. Seed to a minimum ratio of 1:1 or 48 hrs (first of these two).
Do not ask for freeleech. You will get a warning , or even worse , disable.
The users which report something without a proper reason will get warned.
<H2>Downloading rules - By not following these rules you will lose download privileges!

</H2>Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ (http://www.hd-bits.ro/faq.php#5) for details.)
Wait time works like this:
From the time that each new torrent is uploaded to the tracker, there is a period of time that some users must wait before they can download it.This delay in downloading will only affect users with a low ratio, and users with low upload amounts.

Ratio below 0.5 and/or upload below 5.0GB delay of 24h.
Ratio below 0.65 and/or upload below 6.5GB delay of 12h.
Ratio below 0.80 and/or upload below 8.0GB delay of 6h.
Ratio below 0.95 and/or upload below 9.5GB delay of 3h.

"And/or" means any or both. Your delay will be the largest one for which you meet at least one condition.

This applies to users with join time bigger than 4 weeks that aren`t yet Power Users minimum. Opening an new account also won`t help, because you will be banned. This wait-time works at tracker level, you will be able to grab the .torrent file itself at any time.
If you have a WARN(http://www.hd-bits.ro/pic/warned.gif) wait time will be 12h.
N.B. Due to some users exploiting the 'no-delay-for-seeders' policy we had to change it. The delay now applies to both seeding and leeching. So if you are subject to a delay and get the files from some other source you will not be able to seed them until the delay has elapsed.

Low ratios may result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases.

<H2>General Forum Guidelines - Please follow these guidelines or else you might end up with a warning on the tracker!

Autodisable. If you registered here and after two months you still have a ratio below 0.35 you're gonna be automatically disabled.
In order to keep your account here we advise you to access this site as often as possible. If you don't access it for 35 days, your account will be deleted.

I haven't gotten the confirmation email yet, so I can't access any relavent details. I posted the most relevant thing I know about it: It's an HD tracker (and popular, if people getting themselves banned begging for invites is any indication). It's also a situation where if you know what it is, you know what it is...know what I mean?

Figured posting the fact that it's fairly exclusive would do more to encourage the lemmings to jump to it...and who gives a shit about their banned client list? It's the same as everyone elses. Your just pissed 'cause there's no way you'd let all the noobs on here know this site was open (kind of like scenehd). I debated it myself...

And if scenehd is going to keep letting people in and trade invites fuck em who needs em.

And I care about the banned client list, because there are several folks here that dont want to change their Utorrent client to suit each sites needs.

I posted the rules so people can know if its a site they want to belong to or not.

If zeropaid had the level of rules and spelled it out in a clear and definable way as this, we would have much less riff-raff and the mods jobs would be a lot easier.

I am in agreement that tracker ratings are nonsense... Trackers are very subjective

I've signed up to a few off this thread and found them to be quite redundant to me. Once you have one scene tracker, 0 day bla bla, that's all you need.

To be honest I keep my eye on this thread in the vain hopes of finding a replacement for the long lost demon, whom I miss so desperately. I want trackers that can give me that 1970s classic that I loved when I was just a wee lad, etc.

but according to the silly rating system being debated here, the kind of site I'm after would be like a level -3 1/3 or some such poppycock!

Now why don't you children all play nicely before you have to go to bed without any supper?? Honestly I just don't know what to do with you! :)

I somewhat agree with you tokoloshe. A lof of trackers have the same content. I use 2 trackers. That's it. If something is that hard to find, how good can it be? Besides music.

Well if you are a classic adventure gamer, you're shit out of luck unless you have a UG account (NOOB ALERT: Yes they do open up, and yes helenaP DOES post it here when they do...)

classic, rare or foreign films, shit outta luck unless you have KG, cinemageddon or cinema-obscura....

I could go on, but the point I was making is that scene trackers et al, are only posting new shit. If you want to go back in time you have to consort with mininova (annoying interface, loaded with crap and fakes), or TPB (crappy search engine, REALLY loaded with crap and fakes) and all the rest of them were quantity is more important than quality!

One sight always had what I wanted, hey Krell move me or ban me or do whatever for what I am about to say in this thread but,

General Guidelines
The worst case scenario for breaking these rules is torrent deletion and a warning might be given. However, we are reasonable and will work with you if needed.
Note: Repeatedly breaking the rules will result in the loss of uploading privileges.

No compressed file formats such as rar, zip, ISO. They are impossible to moderate. We want to see what's inside, so do the users.

Be sure to name the title of your torrent correctly.

A descriptive torrent description is a must when uploading a torrent!!

Sheet Music:
Must be in the PDF format. If uploaded sheet music is not PDF, it belongs in the “All other Formats” section. Any accompanying mp3’s MUST be 128 kbps or higher. All other audio formats belong in the “All other Formats” section.

Individual Sheet:
Use when uploading a single sheet without anything else.

Single Sheet and MP3:
Same as “individual sheet,” but used when an mp3 is uploaded as well.

Sheet Collection:
Use when uploading many sheets in the same torrent. The sheets must be related somehow (example: by composer or style)

Sheet Collection and MP3:

E-Book Rules

1. NO rar, zips or other compressed files - I want to be able to see the full list of books available in each torrent.

2. Collections should be done as follows.

Authors Collections - Should be in the title whether or not they are complete collections. Again, NO zips or rars.
Types of - Example, Fiction Collection's or Science fiction collections are also allowed, just make sure no zips or rars.

Any kind of book is allowed, with the exception of porn. Pretty much, if you have it, we want it uploaded. Just make sure if you upload something, give us a decent description and make sure the file list shows clearly the names/authors of the books included. Please make sure they are decent copies of the books tho, not just some horrible txt version. Allowed formats - Txt, Lit, PDF, html and rtf - other formats, contact a staff member before uploading. A good description will include a summary of the book and year published.

Duplicates of books already uploaded are allowed if contained within a collection or if they are in a different format.

Audio Book Rules

Any kind of book is allowed, with the exception of porn. Make sure and include a good description and its required you state whether the book is unabridged or abridged.
Publication Year & bitrate is requested. If the format is OTHER than MP3, make sure and include that in the title also.

Why do I get a "rejected by tracker - Port xxxx is blacklisted" error?

Your client is reporting to the tracker that it uses one of the default bittorrent ports (6881-6889) or any other common p2p port for incoming connections.

Final_xXx does not allow clients to use ports commonly associated with p2p protocols. The reason for this is that it is a common practice for ISPs to throttle those ports (that is, limit the bandwidth, hence the speed).

The blocked ports list include, but is not neccessarily limited to, the following:

In order to use use our tracker you must configure your client to use any port range that does not contain those ports (a range within the region 49152 through 65535 is preferable, cf. IANA). Notice that some clients, like Azureus 2.0.7.0 or higher, use a single port for all torrents, while most others use one port per open torrent. The size of the range you choose should take this into account (typically less than 10 ports wide. There is no benefit whatsoever in choosing a wide range, and there are possible security implications).

These ports are used for connections between peers, not client to tracker. Therefore this change will not interfere with your ability to use other trackers (in fact it should increase your speed with torrents from any tracker, not just ours). Your client will also still be able to connect to peers that are using the standard ports. If your client does not allow custom ports to be used, you will have to switch to one that does.

General Preparations

Only torrents with DHT Disabled and created with one of our Allowed clients are to be used on this tracker, with the exception of bitcomet, it can be used but only to create the torrent

Uploading of torrents is restricted to Power Users and above.

Determine ahead of time whether you have the time, bandwidth and opportunity to seed your torrent until it has at least 4 active seeders other than yourself and/or has been snatched 8 times.

Make sure that you properly prepare your files before making the actual torrent. It takes a bit of time to properly pack and prepare the files, but the time is well spent, as you are apt to receive a lot more Thank You notes for a torrent properly prepared.

Check that the torrent has not already been uploaded to the site (use the search function). Duplicate torrents will be deleted.
Note: a duplicate is when it is the exact same file/release - a different quality encode is not a duplicate.

If you upload a scene release, please do not change the title, do not add your own name to it, show respect for those who made it in the first place.

All torrents must come with a properly prepared .nfo file

Always provide a proper .nfo file with your torrent, which provides the downloaders with
all the necessary information they could possibly need.

Here is what a proper .nfo file should contain for most uploads:
* release date
* quality information
* language/subtitle information (on torrents to which such applies)
* resolution (on torrents to which such applies)
* type/genre
* format
* size
* an accurate description of the game, movie or application (a tracklist for music files).
* links to further info and/or screenshots, where available.

Always properly compress the files you are planning to upload.

All files need to be compressed into properly sized rar archives.

The correct size of the archive is: 14.3mb (15,000,000 Bytes) per archive for cd releases, or 50mb (50,000,000 Bytes) per archive for dvd releases, or unpacked for mp3 releases.

More guidelines to make proper rar archives, plus a note on scene releases, can be found in the Full Uploading Rules.

Some additional notes:

Releases that consist of multiple disks, must be released as a single torrent.

Please note that the only files that do not need to be in RAR files are music files.

Always make an .sfv file to come with the files in your torrent.

What does an .sfv file do? - An .sfv file provides the downloader with a means to check for possible errors that might occur during the download, it basically creates an error checking algorithm for the selected files in your torrent, and it would signal if e.g. file pieces went missing during the downloading process. And the good thing is, it takes only a minute to make.

More Guidelines to make a proper .sfv file can be found in the Full Uploading Rules.

Always write a proper description for your torrent on the site.

Not everyone is able to see .nfo files, and the description for the torrent needs to provide adequate information. One line descriptions are not allowed.

The description should be the same as the NFO exept the ASCII characters, links and Crack/Serial information.

Here are some specific requirements based on the type of file you are going to upload:

Please upload music in mp3 format with a bitrate of 128 kbps or higher (The higher the bitrate the better the quality of the mp3 file).

Ogg Vorbis format is ok to upload (although mp3 is preferable), but please mark the torrent title and description clearly to state that the files are in .ogg format. You can include the ogg directshow filters to ensure full compatibilty (some are available here: hxxp://tobias.everwicked.com/oggds.htm)

Please do not upload music formats that are not generally supported, e.g. .wma, .wmf

Please upload only true DVD-R releases, such as Retail or Screener DVDs in DVD-R. Do not convert other movie formats, e.g. Xvid, SVCD into DVD-R format.

Do not upload any Microsoft apz (Games are okay)

Do not upload any material that contains actual or implied to be actual (no matter how fictional the content): killings, executions, suicides, accidents, mutilation or torture (of both humans and animals) that has no journalistic, educational or other justifying context for the material being present.

Some Examples:
The following are not allowed to be uploaded on this site due to the above rule: Faces Of Death; Faces Of Gore; Terrorists, Killers, & Middle East Wackos; etc
The following are allowed to be uploaded on this site due to the material being fictional (ie presented by actors and special effects, and does not claim to be anything other than fictional): Nekromantik; August Underground; Slaughtered Vomit Dolls; etc
The following are allowed to be uploaded on this site due to the material being presented in a justifiable context: BBC/C4/CBC/etc documentaries on war/torture/etc.

This rule and how it is applied is not up to debate. If you are in doubt as to what is acceptable, pm a moderator before you upload.

No reference to keygens/cracks etc is allowed anywhere on ILT, including the torrent files, description and title. However, these can be mentioned in the nfo.

A few pointers that make the torrent-sharing community happy in general:

Apart from the normal description, a link to a site with additional information and/or screenshots is recommended if available. Direct external links are now allowed in the Url Link field

Adding a link to a picture is optional, but recommended if you have one (a screenshot/cover/etc). It will display up to a width of 500 px (larger images will be automatically resized).

Particularly XXX files tend to be very, very popular, so make sure you have the necessary bandwidth available to offer satisfactory upload speeds. This to avoid your surprise ...

Try not to seed too many torrents at a time.

Try not to seed files bigger than your connection is capable of in a reasonable amount of time, i.e. uploading a dvd at 10kbps might not make everyone as happy.

Who actually reads this stuff anyway. I mean if the site has torrents that you want (it's important for you guys to show those details), then sign up and keep your ratio above 1.05. It's just that simple, and more importantly its universal to almost ALL trackers.

Why do we need to read Rules and regulations here on the beloved open sign-up thread?

I know the omnipotents here at ZP have a good reason but..... what is it?

I only asked for the primary stats and rules in English on foreign sites, or rules that are especially hard-assed like "thou must seed back for 472 hours and say 500 hail marys" that way no one can complain about it.

At this point, if I can get most of the people to post most of the relavent information, I consider it a glorious success, a notch above a million monkeys on a million typewriters begging for a million invites. Which pretty much is all this thread was at one point.

After you have downloaded 1 GB and your ratio is above .5 you will be able to seed/leech 5 torrents at a time. LightWeight's will be able to seed/leech 3 torrents at a time. MiddleWeights/ All Stars will be able to seed/leech 10 torrents at a time.

We have just implemented the new rule to the system today. In order to avoid warning you must have a torrent ratio above 0.65 Or seeded back for atleast 72 hours. If you jump off your hours are still counted just look for them in your profile under Completed torrents. If you have not achieved the minimum ratio or hour requiements & jump off you have 24 hours before you will qualify for a H&R warning. If you do get warned just continue to seed for 72 hours & it will be removed automatically after you hit 72 hours. If you choose not to seed back & keep the warning it will stay as a H&R and if you get 5 in 1 month you will be banned! In addition to the warning you also lose 100 Points for every time you get a H&R, these are NOT refundable.

Theirs some bad news for you H&R's out there. We have updated our H&R warning system to stop more H&R's who have been slipping through the cracks.

To be warned:

Finished DLing(obviously)
Not already warned for that torrent(obviously)
DLed at least 1GB Overall(applys to new members mostly)
Seeded for less than 72 hours
Been 24 hours since you stopped seeding it
Torrent is not Nuked

Whats new about this is that you can & will be warned for a H&R regardless if your overall ratio is above 1.0. As a result of this we had almost 12,000 H&R warnings to hand out(having only 8,000 users this is pretty bad). So we staff decided to let you guys off and start warning from today. This gives you a chance to wipe your slate clean and begin seeding all torrents you DL from this day on. We have also added another feature to the system which bans you after your 5th H&R in a month. This will ensure that users will not H&R multiple torrents simultaneously. Another addition is that you no longer have to PM a staff to have the warning removed, all warnings will automatically be removed after you have reached a torrent ratio of atleast 0.65 or seeded for a minimum of 72 hours. If you have any questions regarding the system feel free to PM one of our staff.

Torrent Rules

For those of you that do not now the torrent works with the internet of its users,when you are downloading(leeching) something you are also uploading(seeding) what you have downloaded so far,there are no files on the server exept .torrent files.Users that are leeching and seeding in the same time are called peers,so the more peers per torrent the more speed you will have.

You can see your ratio on the top of the page,the ratio should always be above 1.0,that means you should always upload at least as much as you download.If your ratio is below 1.0 you will have wait time,that means you cant download something when you want,you have to wait a few hours.If your ratio is below 0.3 for 10 days you will get warned,you will now this bcs you will receive am private message(PM) that will tell you about the warning,when you get that message you have 5 days to increase your ratio or your account will be disabled.

The best way to increase your ratio is to download a torrent that has many leechers and few seeders,in this way after you finish the download you will be marked as a seeder and bcs there are more leechers than seeders you will upload much more that you have uploaded.

To avoid this i recommend after you finish leeching dont stop the seeding,remain as a seeder until someone is leeching from you and your ratio for that file is 1.0.For example,you just finished leeching a file that has 100mb,in that time you also made 15mb of upload,stay as a seeder until you have 100mb uploaded in this way you wont have to worry about the ratio.

The information about your ratio are at the top of the main page,at the bottom of the main page you will also find the torrent tracker statistics,like all the leechers,seeders,peers,torrents etc.
Also i recommend to all users to always read the FAQ before asking any questions.

They have 5 different anime categories, 2 for books, 1 for MMA/Boxing, music categories broken into 7 different genres, and 3 different "nuked" categories. Oddly enough they lack HDTV, HD Movies, XVID/DIVX, and XBOX360 categories.

Actually there was someone, not too long ago, who made a post about how they sucked (can't remember the reason. I hear so many).

Fact of the matter is this; I have heard people bad mouth all the "higher level" trackers at some point or another, too. So there is always someone that doesn't like this or that one tracker, for whatever reasons.

A closed thread is just that, closed. There are no new posts. This thread features postings of (usually closed) torrent trackers that are having open signups. Please go back and read the last 10 pages and then ask any more questions. Only reading the last page of a 232 page thread and then asking a question (a question whose answer would have been evident after about 3 minutes of reading, no less) is pretty fuckin lazy.

What if I don't have a scene release to upload?
If you are making your own release stick to the following, CDs and or DVDs should be converted to an ISO image (toast or dmg for Mac). Do not change the original format in any way. Please REMOVE any .txt files from other share sites before you create your torrent.
