Not all that funny when you take two seconds to observe and think. The site is all in Russian and English...English uses latin based characters, Russian does not. All they were saying is you have to use a latin (ie your keyboard's) character set. It wasn't asking you to use an outdated language (or Google...now that's funny)
Example:
English: ABcdEfg
Russian: подразбиране

No wonder the torrent sites are making the signups challenging. If that baffled you, how can they expect you to set-up port forwarding to stay connectable?

I think some of these guys take the public domain torrent code and try to set up a site with Dreamweaver and no programming experience. Must be good money in "donations".

i agree let remove this and make a new script that only helena can update, like btracs? but manually updates... and make a seperate thread for open signups that are posted by users and it has rules

That depends...what is your definition of lucky? For the huge pain in the ass it is to actually create an account, torrentbytes really isn't that great.

Well, I created an account my first try, so I'm not sure what the problem is for others.

This is one of my fav trackers now...

This thread is almost 2 years old started by a person with 2 posts. Burn it, burn it to the ground.

The individual BT sites themselves have requirements for uploads etc.

If you cant provide some real verifiable tangible information about the site, then it's not worth wasting a thread over.
