Router Problem

Have a new speedtouch 780 WL router, but DC++ refuse to work with it, i can search and upload, but cant download myself, everything is getting just "connecting" & "time out" i suspect that i have done something wrong inside DC++ settings

i have done portforwarding in the router and using a static IP for it
this is my DC settings currentley

Incoming Connection

*Firewall with manual port forwarding

*TCP=13768
*UDP=18456
*TLS= -

*Extern/Wan IP=My Static IP

Outgoing connection=Direct Connextion

i have followed the guide on this forum, but still id dosent work

if you looking at the bottom of this guide, the question is there, if its nessesary with DC++ to enter a value for Translate To ...
Trigger Protocol and Trigger Port i have leaved thoose blank, cause atleast i dont have to enter thoose with Winmx
