Anyone familiar with the music program "Zpoc"?

I'm trying to use the music program called Zpoc and I need help configuring the settings for my computer...I'm running around in circles trying to figure it out! The help page isnt really helping, I've tried all the suggestions and I still cant connect to the public chat. Thanks for the help, I hope someone knows something about this!

well it helped me on a couple things, but I still cant connect to public chat. It says "connection timed out (http://hublist.org/ZPoC.config.bz2)" I dunno how to get it to connect! All of my settings are correctly filled in. rawr this is frustrating!
