Looks to me like some cheap spam.... so basically, you get people to click the link... you get points for people downloading the link... and all the download is is telling people to do what you just did so you can get the points.... cheap trick, but I guess good luck anyways or whatever. :)

No, there's something real wrong here. If you open the files, it tries to upload something called "Steam". My firewall caught it, but I don't know what it is. Best to leave this one alone.
