well a couple of days ago i was talking to my friend, he gives a me a free bitmetv invite for me to use(still have the invitation email online) so i begin downloading some stuff and had a 3.xx ratio then they had maintence all day yesterday so i couldnt check, i went on this morning after maitenence and it all worked fine, now i just tried to go on and its saying no such account, i was not warned and i did nothing wrong, when i try to retrieve my password it says database error contack an administrator but i dont know who the administrator's emails are... how am i supose to contact them some advice would be greatly appreciated thanks :)

3.xx ratio on bitmetv and then the admins disabling your account kinda sounds fishy to me. and if it sounds fishy to me then it certainly will smell fishy to them. There are no supporters of human rights on bit-torrent private sites. so unless you have a really good story as to how you got the 3.xx ratio and why their scripts banned you, you might not be able to get your account back. btw are you using a static or dynamic IP ?

a 3.xx ratio isn't something to be suspicious of, especially from a new user.

They were having authentication problems yesterday after the server maintenance work. Nobody was able to login. Your account is not disabled.
BTW, maintaining a ratio of 3.0 on BitMeTV is not too difficult. I just grab new popular TV shows from ScT, TL or ArenaBG, unrar it and then seed it on BitMeTV. :icon_sunn
But the tracker is not working currently.
