Nasa using an orbital spacecraft has spotted a hexagonal shape on Saturn's surface. Initial investigation has baffled scientist.
Is this truly the gates of hell?

Yea my professor was showing us that storm in class today. I wasn't paying attention. The picture she had was in black and white though. This looks way more cool!

yeah, when you stir liquid in special way you can get all kinds of geometrical shapes, guess it's the same principle.
what's intriguing is it's persistent position through the decades since voyager visited it :)

When I saw the picture on the news my first thought was of the gates of hell. Seriously, couldn't you just picture a movie playing on this... Saturn lines up with earth its rings line up around the hexagram and all these demons get beamed down to us for the holy wars.
