Programs that work like SocksCap?

Hello. Does anyone know any programs that can force a program to use a proxy server or SOCKS 4, 5? I know SocksCap is the most popular one, and it works fine, but I have a reason I don't want to use it now... If you know any, please share!

Hello. It doesn't seem like anybody know any programs that work like a SocksCap, so please go ahead and delete this thread. I don't wanna be wasting a space with my post. Thanks, Admin.
