One million bucks a cGrid install to find out who's sharing what, and boot those sharing stuff somebody doesn't want shared off the internet.

They're just talking universities now, but some want it's use mandated by congress. So if they succeed in having it's use mandated for schools, what's next? ISPs. China will love this gadget.
