As krell suggested, a windows update thread could be useful. I am reluctant to post wga fixes, as they may infringe on board rules. However, they can be resolved using one of my favorite tools, GOOGLE (http://www.google.ca/). There is also a PM system for other pirated issues involving updates.
I did make a post for a good legal alternative. Using just about any other browser except for IE you can use: http://windowsupdate.62nds.com/whyuse.php
