A review of FreeNAS, which turns a PC into a Network Attached Storage device, was recently on the front page. There is another free NAS OS: OpenFiler. Based on CentOS Linux, it seems to have all the features of FreeNAS plus WebDAV, iSCSI, user/public/guest shares & more. But it does have a larger footprint. So which is best, FreeNAS or OpenFiler? (Digg and comment this)
