Utorrent - Slow upload speeds

While sharing some PHP code of mine on pisexy, i can't seem to get above .1 upload speeds.

I appear to have my ports set correctly according to the utorrent speed test, and i can accept incoming connections just fine

Any reason why? What gives?

I don't know about your ISP, but i do know mine is restricting bandwidth on BT uploads. Pricks! I am seriously thinking of switching to another ISP.

i think u go to speed guide & specify ur speed then dont change anything like global maximum number of connection or upload slots ..............i keep it according to my speed .... it works well now
