Theres no grunge anywhere, so I'll say this here.
Nirvana ruled. Who else likes them? And to end this post, a Krist Novoselic impression :icon_salu

I was originally from Seattle so I've seen all the grunge and grunge related bands. As such I did like Nirvana but I do consider them overrated. There are many outstanding bands during that time that had more talent and better music and never and rose to their brief success. Screaming Trees are an outstanding example and very good in concert, Pearl Jam of course made their name along with Soundgarden but dozens of other bands that showcased the "Showbox" or "Paramount" during a time never got their due.

Nirvana is like Carlos Mencia(as much as I hate to compare the 2) but Mencia tells a new style of jokes about race and stuff, it's new to people so they like it. That's what happened with grunge. Hopefully Mencia will be gone soon too.

Maybe it's Novoselic's career, we all know that's long dead.

Who cares? He can live the rest of his life in peace with all the money he made from the band. He prob started a family, plays in a small band in nowhere USA and chills. I would have no problem with that!

I hated that song when it first came out. Then my wife at the time bought me the album and my whole perspective changed. Me and my ex-military buddy used to do Chinese fire drills on the streets of Germany to that song. Nirvana will always be special.

Pushing aside any possible stereotype (I have no idea), I believe it's when you stop the car, possibly at a red light, and everyone gets out of the car and circles around like Musical Chairs until just before it turns green again. Whomever is next to the driver's seat gets to drive when everyone gets back in. In our case, we would only do so when "Smells Like Teen Spirit" was playing and we happened to be stopped. And it wasn't just circling about, it was thrashing around also.
The German locals were a bit shocked.

Sounds more like a a game to play "Wild in The Streets" by the Circle Jerks to, but that sounds fun... I gotta try it
