Major Help Needed!

Hi....I guess I'll get to the point lol...well my isp throttles bt and I also dont want my ip caught also.

I use secureix vpn, but I am getting tired of the frequent disconnections every 2-5 minutes. I was wondering could anyone help me find a free vpn service or help me with a proxy and help me fix this?

I'd appreciate all the help I can get

use utorrent and force encription and uncheck "allow incoming legacy connections"
