I recently had a virus and spyware problem in my computer and after getting rid of it I found myself to be without any administrator rights whatsoever. So far the only thing ive found on the net is how to get my regedit to work and my windows task manager. I have windows xp sp2. If anyone has anyclue how to get my comp back please help. And if you need any additional information please ask so That I can post.
Thanks
Krell

It's after 2:am my time, so this is short and sweet. You want to work, DO IT.
Get a copy of the Digiwiz Mini PE XT disc from a torrent, there are links here in another thread, do a search, it shows the software preinstalled on the CD.
When you have the file downloaded, burn the iso to CD, this makes you a bootable disc. You boot to it, it loads another copy of XP in RAM.
You use the tools on there to reset the admin pwd to whatever you want to.
When you can log in to the admin account again, you RENAME IT and dont use it any longer!!
Always make yourself ANOTHER user account to do normal operations in.
Use the PE disc to scan for virus and spyware while youre booted to it.
Estimated time to completation from right now . . 2 hours.
NOW GO.

I would bump a 3 month old thread to get my post count up.
