Fair enough.
Most site's usually have stickies about such things.
Check in your torrent client for any error messages. Also some sites do not allow you to use the default ports associated with torrent clients. 6881 etc.

Read the FAQ on BitMeTV's site. It answers pretty much all questions you could ask.
Otherwise, ask again on their forum. They're all pretty friendly and helpful in my experience.
If not, ask in their IRC chat. The link's on the site.
