Hi,can someone please put me out of my misery? I've downloaded several game from torrents which are fine,the problem is after installing them I get the message Please insert disc and obviously I don't have it.Someone told me to use Alcohol 120% which I have,the only trouble is that I don't have a clue how to use it properly.

I am a complete novice and you'd have to take me through it STEP by STEP.
If you can help I would be eternally grateful and may even get some sleep.
I'm off to do a 12 night shift now so I won't be able to read any replies till 7.00 in the morning.Thank you.

Use daemon tolls instead..... I think its easier for a novice to use... After you have it installed, just select mount all drives.

Alcohol 120% has a virtual drive. In Alcohol 120% you search for images, and then right click them and Add to Alcohol 120%.

Close the search page and the files will be listed in the main payne. Right click again and Mount on Virtual Drive.

In most cases, this will make a CD or DVD image Auto Run, just like you placed a CD in the tray. You can browse the contents of this just like a regular CD. As long as an application can see the virtual drive letter, it can detect that you "inserted disc".

Just play around with it for a bit.

Additionally, after mounting in either Alcohol or Daemon tools if it still asks you to insert the disk, you might need to find a NO CD crack.
