I only use OE for my hotmail accounts, which I have 2 hotmail and 1 msn. Can anyone recommend a good alternative? Naturally, one that's free of charge and clean of spyware. I have old hotmail/MSN accounts that OE still allows, if that makes any difference. Is there another email client that can do this?

I've been trying out Thunderbird for the last 10 days..I get 3 emails sent there: AOL, Yahoo & Gmail..
I've had no problems so far..you have to use YPops for Yahoo..I read Hotmail no longer Pops, I'm not sure.
As for Hotmail in general..I have blocked there domain in all emails for spam reasons.

I am sure thunderbird does not handle hotmail, which is what I want.

I have heard of ypops. Does hotmail not have something like this?

Perhaps live desktop is what I need. I will read into it.

Sadly as always microsoft likes to give a subpar service to lock users into their products. Microsoft doesnt offer pop3 email or autoforwarding preventing you from ever leaving their service seamlessly.
