anyone knows? I mean the system's BIOS... that is stored in motherboard.

I am not certain, but I believe they vary in size. I know they have to be large enough to store flash updates, which also vary in size. I d/l'd a bios update once that was about .5 mb in size. So I am going to guess they are between 4-8 mb, but that is just a guess. I'm sure older ones were smaller.

They vary in size, go to the BIOS manufacturers site for the rest of your questions.

You can find out the size of your BIOS and tons of other useful info with a freeware tool called SIW (http://www.gtopala.com/siw_hardware_bios.html)
