Please help, thank you

The disc probably has some copy protected sectors. Are you sure it's not copy protected?

Try using Alcohol120 to burn a sector by sector RAW copy.

Also use Nero Tools> Nero CD\DVD Speed and do a scan disk and file verification on the DVD.

You're right, and cleaning and scratches is what I was getting at. If there are unreadabile sectors, Nero will identify them. With years of Netflix under my belt, I've washed many a disk with rubbing alcohol.

I hear ya.I rent from blockbuster and if I don't rent the movies the day they are released I have to use rubbing alcohol on every freaking disc.

Also half the time they are scratched to all hell.I swear people use the discs as coasters or frisbees.

damn, why are you guys renting? Not to be rude or anything, but can't you get any DVD you want by other means?

Blockbuster's make me ill, Netflix seem aiight but they still don't offer anything unique, and plus that's $20 down the tube every month in addition to your broadband bill, might as well use the broadband...
