Rogers Extreme, Extremely slow

Hello ... I have been using torrent downloads ever since they appeared on the net, and have never experienced slow download speeds as I have within the last 4-5 days. My modem has been replaced with a newer one by Rogers (some Motorola modem) and my d/l speeds are usually within the 3-10kb/s range. Before I used to download anywhere between 30-150kb (port 1720).

I have tried EVERYTHING within the last 2 days, from port forwarding, configuring static ip's, constantly changing ports, etc...NOTHING WORKS !

I am using Azureus, and cannot get a speed faster than 20kb/s, even on 1720 :(

Can anybody help ?!?!?

Also, I keep getting fairly consistant upload rates (30-35kbs) while my download rates are terrible and constantly fluctuate.

try port 3911, if your running windows xp with the firewall on ,pretty sure this is the default port that will allow incoming connections too your host also make sure upnp is enabled.
