That page doesn't load for me.

Sounds like you need to use the transform tool (Control + T) then select warp.

Then press [control] + [J] to copy it to a new layer (if you need to).

Looking at that picture it's clear that you would need the elliptical marquee tool to create that effect.

Right click on the square selection tool in the top left corner, and change it to elliptical.

Then make your selection, and control + J it to a new layer.

Jorge. Don't try to be constructive. "the link works", it's really important to him and he wants you to read it and help him. What is so hard about that :o)

Place a strong magnet on your monitor, usually does the trick, makes everything curvy. Well messes up the magnetic field changing the position of electrons hitting the screen and distorts the picture. That is considering you have a crt.

no, that is indeed flash on the webpage he was directing us too....your advice on how to make the curvy image is sound...you replied before you saw my edit and the comments added to your reputation...

i'm just thinking that to go into the great detail I am assuming the person asking the question will require is beyond the scope of anyone's patience here.

Yeah soz dude, just saw my text quoted, lol.

You are right though, the poster does need to sit down and learn for himself. (I can highly recommend the Total Training DVD series if anyone is serious about learning PS).

Cheers for the reps!
